With a strong background in trauma-informed practice, Rosie has supported individuals through complex and sensitive situations, ensuring their safety, dignity and independence. She is highly skilled in risk assessment, care planning, multi-agency collaboration and culturally sensitive support, particularly within minority communities.

Rosie’s approach is calm, empathetic and empowering. She builds quick, trusting relationships and is known for her reliability, professionalism and ability to remain composed under pressure. Her previous roles in domestic abuse support, community activity coordination and adult social care have equipped her with a broad understanding of the challenges faced by those most at risk.
